"My husband and I had a doctor's appointment, needed the rate to be more reasonable. When I asked them at the desk, I had to go back to the hospital and have the personnell at the information desk make the reservation from there to get the better rate. I thought this was inconvience to me and my husband that isn't well. However, the shuttle bus driver tried everything in his power to get us a refund on the night stay to the reduce rate that we got for the following Sunday evening stay that we had to make through the hospital."
